The town center will soon be home to a new bakery/crepery.

Crème de la Crepe, a new dessert focused crepery bar, will be opening in the former Envy location. Planning and Zoning signed off on the plan last week, and was followed Wednesday by the Twon Center Review Board.

Sara and Robert Amato will be opening the new venture in the building owned by Alex Vigliotti. The restaurant will feature about 15 seats, and the hours will extend from 8 A.M. to between 8-10 P.M. Sara Amato stated that the hours will be flexible, as their hope is that they become a dessert destination after residents dine at local restaurants.

There were not immediate plans to place tables on the sidewalk, but it is a possibility. Should that be desired, the Board of Selectmen would need to approve the request.

The new restaurant is set to open in mid-April.

Sorry to have to mention it but there is a spelling error on your photo: the accent on the word CREPE has to be on the 1st E, not the second. You might think it is no big deal, but actually, it is.
