Edibolic's Turkey Chili

Editors Note: Edibolic Kitchen is a marketing partner of Atticus News LLC.

It’s something we all look forward to, but often regret soon after.

The Super Bowl has become something of an annual holiday, and with it an excuse to eat foods we love but often regret after. Sauce drenched wings, fried foods, greasy chips and dips fill the table at every Super Sunday party we attend.

But one local chef is out to change that.

"We are always going to enjoy ourselves, and that generally means a lot of food,” says Josh Wechsler of Edibolic Kitchen. “But it doesn’t need to be food we regret later.”

For the first time, Josh has introduced a special Super Bowl menu, filled with classics we know well but prepared in a healthy way, allowing patrons to enjoy the great food we all crave, but without the regret.

Edibolic is known for healthy prepared meals, but this marks their first foray into catering. A full catering menu is about to be released, but this first move is one that can make a day known for finger foods one that can still be handled in a healthy way.

Orders from the Super Bowl menu can be placed up to February 4, and will be delivered to your home or event location on February 6 in tome for Super Bowl Sunday.
