It seems weird that the site of the former tuxedo factory is NOT marked as "potential future development." Why would it not be?

and it seems like this is a luxury we really don't need right now. sure, it would be nice to have an exit from westbound I95, but there are plenty of other better uses for that money!


It would be nice to see that whole area redeveloped. If the sero property and the bowling ally area get redeveloped too the income from it would definitely help offset these costs. I know it’s a lot of money but it’s better than wasting money like the linear trail at the “pit” for 500k.
